What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I was needing help to look after me for my short, medium and long term plans. Making money is what motivates me, and I wanted someone who I could trust, look after my money as though it was their own, give me great advice and confidence, and do all the work behind the scenes so I only need to look at it during my reviews or for a particular requirement.

Yes, my biggest compliment is that I don't have to worry, I know my savings are in good hands, and are targeted to deliver the outcomes I need, and my balanced portfolio is growing. Pam Brown is a major part of Rachael's team and makes sure all the details behind the scenes work like clockwork and is generous with her time on lots of small details to make sure everything runs smoothly and I don't have to worry. I could never have achieved the results without their dedicated support, and I am very grateful.

What could they have done better?

Not sure - Rachael are her team are there to help me whenever I need them, even when it is just for a catch up! I would thoroughly recommend Rachael and her team to anyone who is after quality, friendly service.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I had launched a business and, for the first time in my life, was going it alone. My pension had always been looked after by an employer – but now it was on me to sort. Already had an advisor, and wanted to change to someone who was more involved.

Yes we have seen the outcome we hoped for. Obviously there has been ups and downs with the pandemic and other factors that are affecting the economy but Rachael was always available to talk to us,and put our mind at rest.

As far as we are concerned they could not have done anything any better.
