I had neglected my finances for a while and needed to invest some money into my pension.

Rebecca was warm, friendly and gave me advice without talking down to me. She is always ready to meet to provide further explanations and worked really hard to tailor her advice and recommendations to my particular situation. Some of my clients were paying me in different currencies and I wanted to see if I could invest that money without having to change it to sterling first. Rebecca is continually upgrading her systems and behind the scenes processes in order to better serve her clients.

I found the pace very slow. I had basically decided changes were needed in June and approached. It took till December for a proposal to be agreed that still hasn't been totally actioned.
