What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I was new to UK investments Market. Ben and other advisors before him from SJP helped in my personal financial planning journey and I was successfully able to achieve my set financial goal of buying my first home in UK.

He helped me in managing my existing ISAs and provided assistance for maxing out LISA. I also got assistance from him to get an understanding of mortgage market with few mortgage options.

Yes, I am almost at the end of closing my deal for buying first which I set as 1st financial goal when I started my journey of investments in 2023.

What could they have done better?

I am not sure if it will be too much of ask but if they can advise a bit more details on products like LISA & help to buy schemes and different options available at different stages of clients life cycle.

Benjamin was very honest and informative when I wanted to setup a personal pension, answering all my questions as we went along. This was something I was very happy with as it showed a lot of transparency with the FA process.

We met face to face in Chelsea last week and still in the process of looking into pension consolidation & financial planning, but he outlined very clearly what I needed and wanted and was very to the point, What I don't like is people wasting my time, Ben broke it down simply and talked through the best options infront of me.
