What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

Have been using the services of a Financial Adviser from the same company for our personal pensions and investments whilst being a business owner for 20 + years. Vanessa has recently taken over the role of our adviser coinciding with the sale of our family business and subsequent retirement.

Vanessa became my financial advisor through Prosser, Knowles as I have been a long term client with the company over many years and continue to invest with the company and its successor.

Vanessa has provided excellent advice and support on the type of investments my wife and myself have with Prosser Knowles. Vanessa has advised on the “degree of risk” that our investments may be exposed too, which currently have been well judged in terms of rising financial returns for all parties concerned.

Yes my wife and my self have experienced through the investments returns, we have received very positive results

What could they have done better?

“You can say all things could have been done better in life”, but the levels of returns we have received following Vanessa’s advice has been very good.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

My earnings increased dramatically and I had a lot of money sat in a current account not quite knowing what to do with it, plus a pension investment that was not yielding very much. Friends recommended that I speak to Vanessa as she was looking after their investments.

Vanessa has not only helped me on a financial level, but on personal and supportive levels too. Vanessa patiently listens to me, then advises; she always makes me feel as though she is invested in doing the best for me in my personal circumstances as an individual with whom she has built a rapport and trust over the years, advising as to not only what could/should be done, but also what could/should not, using her personal knowledge of me and much consideration of my future requirements.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

I am not particularly financially savvy and have a 'middle-road' risk assessment, so I do have to trust in whatever we decide to do after each review session, but I have never felt that it has been the wrong decision.

What could they have done better?

Honestly, nothing that I can think of.
