What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

We have been with Cheltenham IFA and its predecessors for a number of years. Initially our investments were very concentrated but since taking advice these have been widely diversified to give greater protection against market fluctuations.

How has Ben Burgess helped you?

Ben has has given a general review to us annually. He has also made some good reccomendations which we have adopted.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

yes

What could they have done better?

Nothing. Everything if good from our point of view.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I was made redundant, and wanted to consolodate a collection of small work pensions, and look at plans for the future in a hope to maybe retirering or cutting my working week earlier.

How has Ben Burgess helped you?

Advised, consolodated and set up a savings plan to run alongside my pension.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

I have been very happy with the growth of the pots.

What could they have done better?

I doubt it.....

Not had a meeting yet, as he is on annual leave, returns to office next week, I have an appointment booked for then.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

My husband used Ben for his pension advice. I had a stocks and shares ISA which wasn’t being managed and I wanted to change that.

How has Ben Burgess helped you?

Ben review my ISA, prepared a report, presented the report to me and advised a more appropriate approach.

Early days but generally going in the right direction.

Upon my retirement 19 years ago, although I had used their services previously for general investment advice
