Very well informed, clear and helpful financial advice. Jack was personable and answered all our questions. We never felt we were be steered or pressurised to make any sort of decision but Jack was able to give us a very incisive perspective which obviouslt came from a place of financial expertise.

Jack was well prepared, informed and clearly explained options. He understood our requirements and gave a range of different solutions for us to consider. His manner was professional yet friendly and approachable; I felt comfortable to ask any question, however simple.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
Have had a pension adviser for over 30 years and moved to Attivo when they took over our original adviser's business on his retirement.
How has Jack Manser helped you?
Consistent annual reviews, in person, with additional advice on request in between.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes. Pension pot had grown (until recent market hiccup) more than it previously had due to reassessment of risk profile last year. Growth exceeded cost of advice. We also have a clearer strategy re IHT.

Nothing.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
Initially my husband was looking for advice with Pension/Retirement Income. I had invested in Bonds with a Building Society which were maturing, and required advice on where this money could be re-directed to maximise the potential of those funds.

Jack has taken over from our previous Financial Advisor and continued to give us confidence in our portfolio.

Yes, our funds are relatively stable at the present time.
What could they have done better?
Jack's first solo meeting with us posed no problems and we will continue to place our trust with Jack for the future.
