Retirement of past advisors who recommended Attivo. Jack was assigned to my portfolio

By advising me of the best way to continue with my investment portfolio with detailed questions as to how my risk profile would fit with the new portfolio. Jack was very thorough and gave me the chance to have input as to my needs whilst hopefully showing more value for money in the future.

Not yet, it is too recent.

My previous advisor retired and recommended Attivo

He made a considerable effort to get to know us and was very helpful and patient in explaining his recommendations.

Yes
What could they have done better?
One of the meetings was a bit too long for us but probably necessary to explain how to log in to the attivo system

Please provide a brief comment about your experience with Jack
Very well informed, clear and helpful financial advice. Jack was personable and answered all our questions. We never felt we were be steered or pressurised to make any sort of decision but Jack was able to give us a very incisive perspective which obviouslt came from a place of financial expertise.
