Dear Mr Wild, Thank you for all your help with explanations over my financial affairs. Thank you in particular for your assistance on some of the wordings and terminologies on the various forms and literature. As you know I don't have the time and expertise generally so all your help is most appreciated. It was very useful to me in our meetings and correspondence for you to go through all the pro's con's on all the possibilities open to me and to do so in a easy to understand manner. It really gave me a clearer picture and a better idea of where my investments and pensions arte going and what I can expect for the future. I have found your Firm extremely approachable, friendly and professional which has give me peace of mind I needed. I was very appreciative of being able to speak to a 'human being' as I have always a bit put off by the inflexible and rather impersonal approach of some the larger financial organisations.
