A short telephone discussion with an associate of Marks concluded that they have limited scope to offer advice against my current retirement plans. The conversation and feedback took no more than 10mins. To be frank I did expect more interest seeing that my DC Pension pot is worth £335k.

We can confirm and can evidence since the initial telephone call, two emails have been sent to Dawn, the first on the 19th September at 12:45 confirming her meeting and the second on the 29th September at 11:13 as a reminder in advance of her meeting. Mark has a broad base of expertise. During the 20 years he has been my financial adviser I have never known him not to provide a solution - the best there is for me and my needs. He is diligent, considerate but will, when required, challenge robustly using evidence to support his assertions. He is continually abreast f ever changing circumstances and market conditions - on one occasion demanding I withdraw an investment - much against my wishes - to mitigate a risk. Needless to say t was the correct decision in hindsight.
