Yes, despite the difficult financial markets, I have begun to see growth and more security in my finances

Nothing, I am completely satisfied with everything Peter and his team have done for me

My previous advisor, took us to places which became to risky, he was subsequently hauled over the coals by the FCA. Our journey had been similar to that of a big dipper ride, as opposed to what we now have with Peter Greenwood, the complete opposite, much like that of a tea cup ride. Honest and cautious.

I'm not sure this question is relevant, in so much as he's put us on the path of recovery, end of.

in the main very good sometimes more clarity and brevity as i do not come from a finance back ground. communication with visually impaired clients is difficult but improved skills in this area/ VI finance training?.

I needed help with managing my family’s finances as my parents aged. As I approached retirement I also needed personal financial advice

Peter helped clarify in a very structured way a ‘road map’ for how I might organise and optimise my parents’ and my own finances - savings, investments and pension. He helped me navigate through the establishment of family trusts and power of attorney

We are in a very challenging world market and I am relieved to have sound advice at such a volatile time. I have, indeed, got the outcome I hoped for - having expertise that I trust and that is way beyond what I could possibly manage on my own.

What could they have done better?

Maybe more frequent personal reviews especially in these changing times. Mostly to help me manage my nervousness.
