What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I had become concerned that I did not understand my Pensions, how much I had in my pots and what the future looked like for me long term.

I would 100% recommend Ian. I had very little knowledge on pensions and had just continued to pay over the years without little interest. When I had a moment of needing to understand what my future looked like, Ian was able to explain using simple illustrations what my future looked like, what I could do to change X or Y and we have always had open honest conversations about what my financial future looks like. I feel 100% safe with the knowledge I have gained from Ian but also feel the investment for my future security is in a good place. Thank you Ian.

I am more than happy with my understanding of my future, seeing an increase in my investments and understanding more of the bigger picture.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I required an adviser as I transfered my Pension from my company fund to a private pension fund. For this, on going adice was needed to plan for my retirement.

Ian helped by making me feel comfortable with making important decisions and advising/educating me with new knowledge. Ian is very personable and lays information out in terms that can be understood. He welcomes any questions and is always proffesional in his responce. Ian is a very easy person to talk to and is avaialable to answer any quiries I might have. Everything was completed in a timely manner, so I hope this level of service continues.

I wanted to combine my pensions into one pot where possible and seek advice and support on planning my financial affairs for retirement.

Ian has provided me with significant pension planning advice, support and knowledge, which has helped me to better understand my pension portfolio and what I can expect from this. Everything has been explained to me in layman's terms and we have had regular meetings, where he has explained every step of the process. He has worked extremely efficiently and follows up on our calls with an email to confirm our discussions. All documentation is sent promptly and he always makes himself available should I have an questions or concerns. This has helped build my confidence in my pension plan.

Approaching retirement we needed our finances assessing and putting in order.
