I’m very impressed with Ben’s knowledge and the thoroughness with which he explained the logic behind each product we discussed. He took the time to ensure I understood everything clearly, leaving me feeling confident and happy with my decisions. Ben was also very friendly and well-mannered, making the entire process a pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

Needed advice on money, pension and property.

How has Ben James helped you?

I had money that was sat not doing much, I needed help and Ben has been a great in putting that money into a portfolio for future growth.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

I have seen a bigger return than expected in such a short space of time.

What could they have done better?

I cannot answer this question. Ben is very professional in every department, always on hand to talk things though and help understand the topic in question.

Was wanting to transfer all my pensions into one savings pot

We initially looked for a finacial adviser to help us put life insurance policies into trust.

Ben has helped us to complete the paperwork to put our life insurance policies into trust and he has also helped us invest savings for ourselves and our children and to also set up pension investments for the future.

Yes, our investments have given us the returns we hoped for at the risk level we were comfortable with.
