What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
Investigating the possibility of an Immediate Needs Annuity for my mother who had recently moved into a nursing home.
How has Keith Galgut helped you?
Keith took the time, in face-to-face conversation, to fully understand the circumstances and motivations. He discussed options for our situation and filled in any gaps in my knowledge. Keith then fully explained how the process would work and provided the for me to decide whether to proceed. He kept me well informed throughout the process. I knew I was I good hands.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
In the end, all of the information Keith had obtained from insurance companies enabled me to decide not to take out an INA product. This was very much a valid decision, enabled by Keith's support and right for my mother's changing circumstances. I am very happy with the outcome - a confident decision thanks to Keith.
What could they have done better?
Keith could not have provided a better service.

I was taking a equity release mortgage - changing from my current provider

He has guided, advised and supported me with my extensive questions and never tired of explaining and re - explaining many times. He made me feel confident about the product I was buying
