What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
I started to take a proactive role in my Aunt's financial affairs in my capacity as her attorney for finance and property. My Aunt had previously chosen Huw Jones and Proposito.
How has Huw Jones helped you?
Huw took the trouble to personally meet me at my Aunt's care home in order to review her finances, and establish a plan to pay for her ongoing care. He later answered all my queries promptly and diligently. He has a nice friendly but also professional manner.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes. Adequate funds to pay for Aunt's care were realised on a monthly basis.
What could they have done better?
Nothing. The attentive service and support was excellent.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
Personal circumstances some 30 or more years ago required me to seek help with financial planning. I was initially advised by Hugh's predecessor, Richard Witcombe, and Hugh later took over and has been advising me for many years.
How has Huw Jones helped you?
Hugh has over the years, put in place various plans which have given me confidence and secured my future. He has been more than ably assisted by Anne Manning who has always assisted me and impressed me with her patience and understanding.

Yes I have.
