A pleasure to talk to and very informative with a very approachable manner. Chris gave us good advice and at no time did he try to 'sell' us anything. He offered help and guidance that was far beyond what we had experienced with Financil Advisers in the past. Can definitely recommend him!

I have had an initial free meeting with Chris and was very Impressed. He presented everything clearly and understood my requirements very well. I found him very easy to talk to and the meeting lasted 3 hours during which he went through my finances thoroughly and outlined the options and we agreed the direction to take. I have used financial advisers in the past and wish I had come across Chris sooner as I have confidence in him and would recommend him to anyone needing financial advice.

I am concerned about the ethical standing of charging "up to 100%" of a regular contribution. This means people with less to invest end up being unable to invest even what little they can afford due to fees. Chris explains that the services cost the same no matter the amount, but that only attracts the question of why they don't just charge fixed rates then. But I appreciated very much the way Chris handled what were difficult questions to answer, particularly as there is no ethically defensible position to take on charging the poorer a higher percentage fee if the service is the same for any amount.
