Excellent presentation and easy to follow documentation.

Yes. I now have the right pension choice and I have received my tax free lump sum - within the discussed timescale. I am confident the financial advice and investment was the right choice.
What could they have done better?
I cannot think of any improvements as Kafai had spent a significant amount of time preparing and setting up my personal pension plan.

Worked for rolls Royce for 26yrs unfortunately our industry in Scotland for overhaul and repair of aero engines struggled during civil which meant derby rolls Royce took decision to close this part of the plant 750 people ,we lost our jobs .

I had a pension plan with Scottish Amicable, set up my employer, and continued paying after leaving my employment. I then went self-employed and asked the Prudential, who it was then known as, that I would still like to carry on with my contributions, which they agreed with. Then when I retired, I got in contact with the Pru for advice for myself and my wife re our finances. Thats when we first were introduced to Kafai.

Kafai has helped us set up an ISA for us both. he also set up a Retirement Account for us both. Sadly, my wife died on the 25th June 2020 and Kafai has helped me immensely while dealing with my solicitors and going out of his way during my phone calls with him.
