It was a really tough time to get a decent mortage rate and I do believe we moved as quickly as we could have but I think it would have been great to emphasise the need to move fast in the complicated financial climate (this is easy to say with hindsight though)

My mortgage deals were ending and given the market it was very important to get new deals buttoned down. One was quite a challenging remortgage that I needed an experienced broker for. There are cheaper brokers out there but it's absolute false economy, she was worth every penny in securing the elusive offer.

Yes definitely.

She went through all my finances, pulled together all of the required information, liaised with the mortgage company, gave me clear direction on what I needed to do and was always on the end of the phone when I was struggling with what I needed to provide. Christine basically took my messy multiple pensions and has combined them into one managed portfolio. Christine has also worked with us to refinance and grow our property portfolio. What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I requested Christine's services as a mortgage broker for the purchase of a flat. She had been recommended by a friend who was extremely happy with her services.

How has Christine Tucker helped you?

Christine provided general advice on types of mortgages that would be available and quickly found a suitable one. This was a last minute request after making an offer on a property but evertything went smoothly. Christine's experience showed on her ability to identifty pontential issues that could affect the lender's decision. Luckily she was able to secure a mortgage in a week. I was sent regular updates via emails and phone, so I was never in the dark about what was happening. I found Christine to be professional but also extremely personable, thus making what was a daunting experience far easier and smoother.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

I have secured a mortgage which was what I was hoping for.

What could they have done better?

I can't comment as this was my only experience in these type of brokerage services. As mentioned above, this has been entirely positive from my point of view.

We required a mortgage and as first time buyers, wanted someone who could advise on the process, documents needed, finances involved, etc.

Christine was fantastic throughout. From the very start, everything was very clear and much easier than we expected.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes- we received a mortgage offer with a relatively quick turnaround time and the whole process took less time than we originally expected; in large part because Christine was extremely efficient throughout and went above and beyond more than once.

What could they have done better?

I can't really think of anything that needed improvement. Communication was always clear, there were no surprises and the outcome was exactly as Christine said it would be.

Christine was recomended by a close friend who had worked with her previously, we had also recieved a very poor service from our then morgage provider when we decided to re morgage. Once Chistine had helped us find a great fixed rate morgage she helped us with writing our will's and again was so so helpfull. We again contacted Christine to advise us when our fixed rate had finished and helped us to make the right decisions with regard to our finances.

Christine's calm freindly and professional approach put us completely at ease instantly with her, along with her "nothings too much trouble attitude" made us realise that we had found someone that we had the utmost trust in, and i can honestly say we would not use anybody else.
