What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

Wanted an established adviser that we could build up a relationship with - this is an important factor for us. We were looking for knowledge based advice to decide how to take our investments forward and advise what was possible pension wise.

Sara was amazing from the first meeting. Her organisation skills were obvious immediately and she quickly understood our needs, concerns and goals. Her exceptional knowledge made us feel confident and happy that we would be entrusting our retirement plans to an organisation that had their customer at heart and with a proven track record. Sara has made us confident in the, at times, somewhat overwhelming world of retirement planning

Yes. We have been through a few meetings now with Sara and she has taken us through the stages step by step. She has put together plans and figures, shown us projections and discussed risk all the time explaining everything thoroughly. She has surpassed our expectations.

Had pensions with several different agent and needed to consolidate them

I didn’t, Sarah happened to be in the branch when I went in to sort out my ISA renewal, and we had an initial chat

Yes, I don’t like having to pay a fee each year, but guess good advice doesn’t come for free

The wrong prediction amounts were sent out to begin with, but was swiftly corrected
