I was pleased at how personable and responsive Alun was to all my questions and queries. He called promptly, I didn't feel hurried or harried by the conversation. Alun was clear, patient and very professional. I've decided to go ahead and explore projections with Alun and gain insights for my investment/pension requirements going forward. The conversation and indicative projections are all provided free of charge, which is really helpful. Alun was friendly, clear on charges and how he felt he may be able to assist. I'm looking forward to exploring this further.

I had 3 different pots and wanted to combine and was confused by all the variations available and needed sound advice on what option was best for my circumstances.

I was a little confused with the financial language and acronyms used. As a layman it would have been beneficial for me to have been given a layman’s overview to understand what it all meant.

Alun was punctual. He made the financial review clear and beneficial. The advice given was sound and the followup email had all the items discussed with helpful links to expand on knowledge and get more information. Action points were clear and an initial plan was made available. The fees were the only issue for not continuing to the receive the service.
