Steven called me within one hour of my enquiry! Absolutely brilliant service. Steven explained in detail all the options available to me and ensured I fully understood them. At the age of 61, I took the onerous decision to retire early. I made contact with Steven in order to understand how he might assist in putting some firm planning in place, relating to all my pensions and the other finances I have available. He has taken great care to fully understanding my current financial position and listened to my plans for retirement. Although we are in the early stages of the review process, Steven has offered an overview of a number of approaches for consideration, which will allow for financial security and achievement of my retirement goals. Our stakeholders pensions we being sold by HSBC, Steve was recommended to our Company to give us advice on investing our pensions.
