i wanted to make sure my pension and mortgage services were best suited to my requirements

Callum always gave great advice and if I didnt understand the information he always ensured he explained in a manner that I could understand and follow

before covid-19 yes but obviously in the current climate its hard to have realistic expectations

Yes we have despite the current situation and withdrawals when required have been promptly dealt with.

Our adviser couldn’t have done anything better, the use of video calling during the current situation has been very useful.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
Consolidation of a number of pension funds and wanting to get things in the best state for future retirement planning. We were also assisted on a separate matter with a life insurance policy.

Pensions can be quite a complicated subject for the non-pension savvy like us, but Callum explained things in a way that was easy to understand without being patronising and checked in at various junctures in the process to ensure we understood . He asked questions to clarify his understanding of our situation and made recommendations based on the options available to us.

Yes
What could they have done better?
At risk of sounding trite, we don’t think there is anything up to now that could have been done any better. We have always felt in knowledgeable and capable hands.
