What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

My dad became terminally ill and in doing so we needed a will and financial council which Kerry handled very well.

Kerry made the passing of my father alot easier by advising my family and also assisting in changing all my dad's financial matters over to my mother this was a great help to us.

Very much so Kerry helped with everything and went the extra mile in being very supportive through matters passing.

Problems with getting my pension released from a previous employer. I was recommended to approach Kerry Johnson by a friend who had positive dealings with her in the past.

Kerry could not have done better , I have the pension deal that I wanted.

Kerry is friendly, professional and very efficient. I cannot find any fault.

We wanted advice about wills, pensions and investments.

She gave us clear advice about investments, and planning for our children and grandchildren.

What could they have done better?

In terms of care and and commitment, Kerry has been amazing. My wife passed away in March and she has been so helpful in terms of sorting out my wife's financial affairs. Kerry has always been clear and knowledgeable in her advice. But she is also warm and caring at what has been a very difficult time.
