Alistair gave excellent advice and explained everything fully in plain language that was easy to understand and was always available to answer any questions. He made sure that I understood any risks and possible disadvantages of transferring my pension fund.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

I am completely satisfied with the service provided and products that Alistair has obtained for me. I now feel that I am in a much better position to control my retirement and to provide a better financial future for my family.

What could they have done better?

I don't think anything could have been done better, Alistair provided an excellent service and I feel he will continue to do so with the ongoing management of my pension fund.

I was looking for advice on options for my pension funds.

Alistair was extremely thorough and explained the many questions we had as we had no knowledge of pensions. He conducted a very thorough review of our financial situation and explained pro`s and con`s of transferring the funds to a draw down account.

Yes. Im extremely happy with advice and implementation of agreed outcomes.

What could they have done better?

I dont think he could have done anything more. he was excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend him to someone looking for a financial adviser.
