What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
To consolidate my pensions and to obtain a better understanding of their true value including the costs that I was being charged.

Paul gave me an unbiased opinion with no pressure to accept his offer.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Most definitely. I now have regular reviews arranged by his fantastic administration team and I have a better understanding of how my pension is performing, the charges and unbiased guidance about my future aspirations.
What could they have done better?
Nothing at all, Paul always makes you feel at ease and explains the complexities of pensions in a way that you will understand.
