I talked to him over the phone, with my husband participating, for 45 minutes. We both thought he he was well informed, helpful & gave suggestions & advice. I'm still thinking about what he said.

kept the value of our estate for too long to remember. They have done an excellent job especially with investments. Always keeping us up to date, and giving us very sound advice. They were a tremendous help when my husband passed away. I would thoroughly recommend them. Thank you

If anything they could be a little faster in sending out details after meetings

I rarely see 5/5 performance but that is exactly what we have received. Both the analysis of our plans and the options put forward were detailed but clearly presented and explained. Regular reviews have worked well.

What could they have done better?

Really nothing comes to mind. Even the coffee's good.

Simon, provides not just excellent financial advice, but also develops a symbiotic relationship that builds trust and confidence in both him as a person as well as the service he provides. From an investment perspective, he is excellent at providing professional advice that achieves an appropriate balance between risk and return.

What could they have done better?

The minutes and actions from our last meeting were produced in a short turn around time but historically, this has not always been the case.

How has Simon Lewis helped you?

Simon helped me to articulate and shape my financial goals. He then created a financial strategy to achieve them. Working together through regular reviews and debates, we have refined and developed the strategy as appropriate. The strong results are the best indicator of Simon's expertise. The continuity of his input has been vital to its success. I have great confidence in his ability to tailor my investment framework to ensure it continues to meet my financial objectives.

What could they have done better?

Simon is a busy man and much in demand for his expertise. Sometimes he is pushed for time and takes longer, than I know he would want to, to respond to emails. He has introduced a good way to manage this, by having a Financial Planner whom I know well and in whom I have confidence. Together, they manage my expectations very well!
