What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

We had to have a Financial Adviser to enable access to tax free cash from one of our pensions and we wanted advice on Pension consolidation / Fund Choices. We wanted someone local. After talking with a few Financial Advisers we chose Chloe. She listened, was open to us, talked alot of sense and came across very well. Following initial meet we had no doubts that we wanted her help.

How has Chloe Illman helped you?

Chloe has been a real enabler, driving force and has delivered early access to pension lump sum and progressed our pension consolidations. Whilst one of the Pension Providers was overly bureaucratic, Chloe has been dealing with them being tenacious she has got the job done, in record time and we are so pleased it is now sorted. Pension consolidation will complete in next week or so and we are looking forward to ongoing Financial reviews as funds are now actively managed.

YES - Absolutely. Tax free cash delivered. Pension consolidation completing soon and ongoing Financial Reviews.

What could they have done better?

Nothing. Chloe has always been helpful, responsive and Professional throughout. She has delivered a 5 star service.

This was an annual review with Chloe this year. Chloe is an extremely talented and professional financial advisor who listens to the customers requirements and helps you to achieve your goals. Nothing is too much trouble for Chloe.
