Friendly, knowledgeable, plain-speaking and useful initial free-of-charge fact finding hour with Ian who clearly knows his onions. It would have been better to have left with some written notes of the options rather than trying to recall what was said as it was delivered at a fast pace. That said, I probably will sign up as a client rather than trying to self-manage my retirement options.
