The purpose was too consolidate our various investments and ensure that they work for us on the approach and post retirement period.

Overall very happy with the service Susette has given us too secure and grow or investment.

We're happy and short of Susette obtaining a functional crystal ball nothing springs to mind.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
I needed advice on the best way forward at the beginning of retirement having saved with yourselves over a number of years of being self employed.
How has Susette Bowden helped you?
She was constantly reassuring and each year it was obvious from her advice and suggestions that she had given my circumstances a great deal of thought and consideration. My funds are not a huge amount but I never once felt undervalued as a client. I totally trusted us and consequently took her advice each time.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes, I have. My fund grew, I was able to draw a monthly amount and, with patience, it withstood the ups and downs of the financial markets.
What could they have done better?
Well, one always hopes for more but I honestly don't think I can give a negative answer to this question!

I had built up various savings plans over a number of years and wanted to consolidate them into a unified, better performing plan under one portfolio.

She remains in regular contact, reviewing my situation and requirements with acuity in her questions, guiding and advising me with well thought out logic and a genuine concern for my personal needs caused by a slightly unconventional lifestyle. She has guided me on a range of very sound investments and I have been delighted with the outcome.

Yes, though I have had to accept the downs with the ups when the markets have been so affected. None of the has been to my long term detriment because of her careful guidance.

I needed to invest money.

I felt very nervous about investing money as I had no experience. Susette explained the process, and she took an interest in me as a person, my circumstances, and values in what I was happy to invest in. The environment was important to me, so any investments had to be ethical investments. She has helped me to make decisions when circumstances in my life changed.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
There was a downturn at first. Sussetts explained that this was very likely to happen at first. Susette was very supportive and encouraging. The investments did recover.
