What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

Upon retirement, it was a requirement that I seek independent financial advice for my pension savings to maximise their potential

How has Andrew Lewis helped you?

Andrew provided that advice without trying to sell me anything and to both provide independent advice and look through possible alternative investment routes

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Unfortunately this year has been a financial rollercoaster with issues over Brexit and US/China trade disagreements. This has affected investments, but hopefully next year will be more settled.

What could they have done better?

I believe my adviser covered all or as many topics as possible and again we reviewed possible alternative courses of action and their likely outcomes.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

We had various Pension pots all over the place and wanted to consolidate them as they were getting difficult to track.

How has Andrew Lewis helped you?

Andrew just sorted this all out and all we needed to do was to sign the transfer papers - it was a straightforward exercise at leats for us and Andrew then advised on investing the consolidated pot.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Absolutely, the outcome, especially from investment performance as been excellent even in the times of low interest rates. We have not been disappointed.

What could they have done better?

Nothing really, Andrew explained complex financial matters very clearly which makes huge difference to us at least -very clear and concise.

We found Andrew knowledgeable and professional, and I would feel confident having him manage investments.

No issue with Andrew, he was both helpful and knowledgeable. To be fair he concluded that the services he could provide were not appropriate for my requirements
