I cannot think of anything. There was some issues during the process of buying a home, like the time when we requested our funds from our LISA. Our solicitors only told us to withdraw the funds a few days before exchange (way too late) but I’m unsure how Trevor (our mortgage broker) would’ve helped. Overall I’m very happy.

The criteria required for my mortgage was very much in the grey area of mortgages. However, after being referred to Trevor, I found him to be very responsive to all emails and enquires, whilst having a deep understanding of the issue at hand; which was spoken through thoroughly during our first phone call. Beyond that, the turnover was amazing from the first phone call to getting a decision in principle - all whilst being kept within the loop. However, most appealing about my experience with Trevor is the sense of care and passion, more than just a mortgage broker, Trevor gave advice and useful links and articles to my queries within the same day.
