We engaged Trevor on a recommendation from a friend in November 2024. We finally closed on our property on January 2026. Trevors advice and expertise was instrumental in helping us navigate the complex mortgage market - taking the time to explain all of these complex processes to us as first time buyers. Trevor, was extremely helpful, supportive and communicative through the entire process through multiple mortgages, right from the initial meeting to closing on our property.

Trevor helped us secure a better interest rate on our mortgage saving us significant amount of money that more than paid for any fees 100s of times over!
