Having has some inheritance monies together with a redundancy settlement we needed advice as to how best put the money safely in investment.

We have been treated with great courtesy and kindness. Our small investment we feel has been treated in the same way someone with vast wealth would also be treated.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I needed to put investments on one platform for easy access and management and start a drawdown to supplement my pensions and pay for my additional care needs as i get older and my needs change.

She has tracked value and reported on the plans progress and increased drawdown/income as required.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

The investment is being drawn upon any little growth is good but the reality is at nearly 92 I’m drawing down more than it can grow but this is discussed and understood.

On taking voluntary redundancy/early retirement some years ago I sought advice from one of Sarah's predecessors. When they left the company I was transferred to Sarah's care and have been with her ever since.

Broadly yes, subject of course to some very volatile markets.

I can't think of anything.

As I get closer to retirement I want to ensure I will have done all that I can to gain maximum benefits from my pensions

Very early in the process but the expected fund has already improved

Had multiple pension schemes, that needed consolidating but as soon as I started looking through the paperwork it felt like a minefield.

Helped me understand how each pension is performing, consolidating some (not all) of them. Also some great advice on Inheritance tax.
