What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

At 75 I needed a financial advisor to assist me in investing my work pension so that I could draw a regular amount to supplement my state pension. For a while, Arthur Childs was that advisor. When he semi-retired, he recommended Sarah.

Sarah is a true financial advisor. She readily answers all our queries regarding our Investments - and will give general advice on other aspects of our finances, such as savings. She has competently facilitated any withdrawals I have made from my pension.

Yes. My investments have often made more than the predicted return, enabling me safely to make those withdrawals already referred to.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

Entering retirement I found that it is now a requirement to have an Independent Finacial advisor before the major Pension companies would release Pension Scheme monies.

How has Sarah Arora helped you?

I approached Flying Colours, based in Ascot at the time, and Sarah was excellent at reviewing my various Company Pensions and devising a strategy to maximise my Pension income. Despite the financial downturn, Covid and pressures on the UK economy my Pension scheme pool operated by True Potential has grown by an average of 4.5% over the last 5 years far exceeding the major Pension providers growth

The Pension fund growth has been exceptional given the general Financial Markets downturn. Flying Colours and True Potential are ahead of the game with their Financial advice and investment decisions. The fund growth is enabling me to take a good annual income drawdown without eating into the Funds capital amount.

Initially I had another IFA and then Flying Colours took over his clients. I had one who quickly left, then Sarah became my adviser. I wanted advice in how to manage my money most tax-effectively and to invest within my profile well.
