My experience with Jenny has been superb so far. Her assistance, guidance and advice has been invaluable to me and a massive help with navigating managing my finances, and the best ways to do that. I would happily recommend Jenny and SpringGen to anyone and I’m very happy with the service I have received so far.

Jenny is very professional and knowledgeable and was a pleasure to deal with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her. In fact I recommended her to my wife immediately after my meeting with Jenny!

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

My previous provider was no longer able to provide pension services to me.

The changes to my pension were only made in the last month so I am looking forward to seeing how the changes perform.

I was a young professional who wanted to invest with someone that knew what they were doing rather than half reading an article and trying to do it myself!

How has Jenny Madhoo helped you?

Jenny talked me through the process of investing the money I currently had and also set up a future investment plan.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

I’m investing for long haul and obviously it is volatile at the moment. It has not done anything dramatic either way so with the dip in the market now and holding is exactly what I want.

What could they have done better?

Not a lot to be fair they have been in touch and also helped me with my life insurance. All a great service.

The market is currently volatile and has seen peaks and troughs, but as this is a long term plan I do not have any concerns.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

We were interested in investing savings from an early stage, as the bank interest rates are low and we recognised that we could gain financially over the long term by doing this, but didn’t have the knowledge or experience to invest independently.

How has Jenny Madhoo helped you?

Jenny has provided us with valuable advice and support in respect of the investment of our savings. Jenny is very responsive, friendly and supportive and we feel very relaxed in the knowledge that she is investing on our behalf.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

We have only been with SpringGen for a little more than 12 months so it is too soon to assess the outcomes, but we are happy with the strategy employed.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I reached a point in my life where I had a pot of money that I was looking to invest for the long term future, and I didn't know how best to invest.

How has Jenny Madhoo helped you?

Jenny is an excellent source of advice and reliability. She provided a great deal of support and advice initially, and set me up with a pension scheme that was right for me. We have annual update meetings to ensure that we are on the right track, and I don't have to worry about my money on a day to day basis.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Mine is a long term plan, so while the rate of return has been minimal so far, we will only get a proper gauge of things years down the road. But everything thus far has progressed smoothly.

What could they have done better?

Nothing that I can think of.

Planning for retirement and beating inflation to make the most of our money; whilst ensuring we were saving the correct amount across the optimal portfolio.

How has Jenny Madhoo helped you?

With everything: Monthly savings amount, projections for savings accounting for possible life events, understanding of our pensions and their relation to our final retirement goals, fund portfolios, answering various questions about finances (mentoring) among others.

So far yes, we are on track.
