What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

My financial advisor left Wealth Management.

My income is mainly from Occupational Pensions and Fraser completely understood and helped my understanding of Inheritance Tax.

Yes I have gained confidence in understanding my finances.

What could they have done better?

Absolutely nothing. Having an advisor who is only a phone call away and who.always calls back is always reassuring.

Response to queries was not always as prompt as it might have been, but this is undoubtedly due to excessive customer commitments and workload.
