Come to the house always polite and smiling, no pressure in recommending things.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I was not happy with how my overseas pension was being managed and wanted it brought back to the UK.

How has Paulo Costa helped you?

Paulo was a guy that I liked immediately. He instantly come across as a really lovely man who knew his stuff. I had little information and was getting very poor communication from my overseas provider so add that to the fact I’m useless at this type of stuff Paulo broke things down in laymen’s terms that I could digest and understand. He made the whole process effortless and kept me in the loop of any progress with regular updates.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Absolutely, he done exactly what he said he would and my full pension is now back in the UK and I’m very happy. As well as sorting my pension issue he also spoke with us about how best to maximise our finances to help towards a more stable position later down the line.

What could they have done better?

It’s a 10 out of 10 for me so nothing.

Wanted my finances to work harder. Was unaware of options.
