Yes - but the thing is with financial affairs you never know what the other options would have delivered, because you don't take them, you can only take what you think and have been advised.

What could they have done better?

I think that follow up documentation could be quicker - having said that I realise any review meeting creates a lot of follow up notes and procedures need to adhered to.

After my divorce I was awarded part of my ex husband’s pension
