we were looking for a retirement pension based solely on our pension income. we are in our 70's, currently renting after sale of our home prior to the pandemic. we needed to bridge a gap between our capital and the purchase price of the only suitable property we'd found after many months of searching.

FH enthusiastically wanted to help. we have had prior contact some time ago, but this was a fresh challenge. His enthusiasm significantly reduced the potential anxiety we were about to face. He searched all possible options and found two that suited the purpose. One fell out because of an absurd policy issue that FH tried extremely hard to overcome but couldn't in the end. the second went as smoothly as one could imagine. all along the way his assistant JG was superb, allaying all anxieties and keeping me abreast of developments, chasing when necessary. a superb service all round.

Yes. we obtained an interest only retirement mortgage at a very reasonable interest rate.

Nothing. The relationship built between FH, JG and me was the best possible from my perspective. everything took time but in the end it all turned out well for us.

We were applying for mortgage as a couple, and due to couple of reasons 1) My Commission based salary , 2) My Wife being International resident in UK 3)Wife's employer being an family friend our case was complicated as is on top of that covid pandemic had made lenders narrow their requirements even further. Apart from this our first mortgage application had been rejected. A friend of mine recommended Frazer to me a few years ago to help with re-mortgaging my house. Frazer and Julie were so helpful and efficient. After such an easy process with my mortgage I asked for further help with arranging a private pension, ISA and income protection. After a meeting with Frazer these were all set up after a full explanation and I was made to feel confident and happy with the advice I was given in regards to where my money was being invested. I feel like the best products were found for me in regards to my income protection and that the best deal was found for me.
