I needed advice on transferring my pensions to another so they were combined.

How has Dale Regan helped you?

Dale was very professional and informative, he helped me complete the process at that point. Dale also recommended options that would benefit my family members which gave me peace of mind.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes, I was very impressed with how quick the process took and to see the outcome on the dashboard showing what Dale had advised, made me feel happy and confident I had made the right decision.

What could they have done better?

Nothing, the whole process went very smoothly.

He has given us some fantastic advice, reduced our costs, whilst also giving us a better product. The platform is better for both the business and its employees. Dale also took us through the process an ensured the change to the new provider was completed easily and in a timely manner.
