I had issue claiming my pension - pension company I was with would not release my pension .

Yes - Stacey has managed to get me a pension which is far better than I was initially quoted from my previous sio0n company and it is now a better deal fo

It has taken longer than expected - although this is not due to Stacey - pension company dragging things out.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I had several workplace DB benefit pensions from old employments that were individually not that attractive but needed to be combined together into one SIPP to enable me to purchase a commercial property.

How has Stacey Arcus helped you?

****Stacey has been fantastic***** She found me a SIPP provider that was perfect for my situation with out ridiculous costs. She then managed the process through for moving the DB Scheme's which was probably the most infuriating process known to man. Unfortunately the world of Pensions transfers has gone bonkers due to the fact that some unfortunate people have lost there money due to scammers, this has had the effect of removing all common sense.... Fortunately Stacey is very resilient and an absolute professional (Even with 2 broken Arms lol).

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

The outcome has been better than I could have hoped my pension now owns a nice residential property that gives me a great regular income that is 8 times what I would have got from my DB Schemes. It also means I can draw it now at 57 not having to wait until I am 65 effectively this means that I can retire when ever I want and live life 8 years younger.

What could they have done better?

Not much really Stacey knows the system and how to negotiate it to provide the best service for her customers. The whole Pension Scam awareness systems needs to be looked at to ensure that people at risk are protected but the ones that are using true legitimate professional people are not hampered by the lack of clear guidance.
