How has Ian Smith helped you?

Listens attentively to what help and support you need and communicates clearly and in a friendly manner his recommendations. Responds quickly to your enquiries. Provided regular contact through financial newsletters both hard copy and online. My pension portfolio is set up[ online to review at any time. I have given Excellent rating throughout. In the case of value for money, I can't say I've 'compared rates' amongst financial advisors, but it you have won as many industry awards has Ian has, then you can certainly have faith that the charges are far outweighed by the benefits.

How has Ian Smith helped you?

Ian always has time to sit with a client and explain fully the advice he is giving and provides the pros and cons of such advice. I particularly appreciate the time he spends in explaining in laypersons terms what the very often over complicated paperwork actually is trying to say along with his assistance in the completion of that paperwork.

What could they have done better?

Ian has always provided numerous options at a meeting and sometimes it might have been easier to have had less choices to start with. Less is sometimes more. This is not really a crititism as the options given are always appropriate but at time there appears too much to take in at one time.
