Nick Kidby

Professional background With over 17 years’ experience as an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA), and a total of 27 years working in financial services, Nick is a highly experienced finance professional. He is a member of the Personal Finance Society and the Chartered Insurance Institute, and is a Certified Mortgage Specialist. Areas of expertise Nick primarily works within the professional market, advising clients that have been referred to an IFA by their accountant or solicitor. As an experienced corporate financial planner, he supports directors and executive clients in relation to: • Auto Enrolment implementation and compliance • Retirement exit strategies (including workplace retirement planning) • Estate planning – including wealth creation, investment portfolio construction, later life care strategies, equity release, lifetime mortgages and other ongoing requirements. Through a holistic approach, Nick helps his clients to consider and define their individual planning objectives. He explains the options available and supports clients in making informed choices that provide them with confidence in their financial future. Outside of the office Nick is a keen swimmer and motorcycle tourer, and a lifelong rugby enthusiast. Having played locally for High Wycombe RUFC for over 25 years, Nick is now the head coach at Risborough RUFC and is a qualified rugby referee. His sporting interests mean that he doesn’t have much time for his other passion – supporting the Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA). However, he has succeeded several times in combining these pursuits by organising fundraising beer festivals for his rugby club.
