Since engaging with R&B in 2014 we have bought land and built a house on the Greek island of Skiathos and more recently set up a Scuba Diving School on the island.

Antony has proved to be very understanding of our financial planning needs. He took over from a previous advisor at Robertson Baxter due to the previous advisor suffering significant health issues. Being very critical, although it is not really an issue for us. Possibly a little more structure to our meetings, typed details of our latest situation, then a follow up letter outlining the points we discussed and next steps.

The one area where I believe Antony could possibly have added further value was in connection with the performance of the SIPP which I incepted following a successful transfer of my occupational pension. This however was one isolated instance only. The markets dropped rapidly and substantially between October and December 2018. I only realised the full extent of this and the impact on my investments when the fund managers wrote to me. It would have been helpful if Antony could have engaged with me a little more at the time.
