Initially I needed advice on starting a personal pension and a few years later to invest some money I inherited.

I reached out to Marco from doing some research online, in search of guidance and advice around our future savings position and options for us and where we need to focus on ensuring we have sufficient reserves for retirement. My wife and I had a great interaction with Marco who provided us with very practical, supportive and real (i.e. no nonsense) ideas, advice and recommendations on where we need to focus. Marco's explanations were constructive and very clear but also detailed and informative where needed. He has a very down to earth approach and has a great ability to connect with people to offer a genuinely customer first approach. Technically he knows his stuff and equally as importantly he gets to the know the individuals that he is helping in order to tailor the advice accordingly. Marco, thank you very much for your help so far, it's much appreciated!

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

We have dealt with Marco for years. He set up Ians personnal pension and our fixed rate mortgages allowing us to pay off the mortgage early. So when Ian retired early we asked Marco to help access his pension for income

He has consolidated two pensions into a new provider and set up monthly payments until we access our state pensions.

Yes. We have an income for the rest of the year and will review further when we get our state pensions next year.
