I had a collection of investments scattered around in various companies and needed to make sure they were being managed to maximise their value. My sister had used Emine's services and recommended her to me.

She was extremely understanding of my situation. She explained everything comprehensively and gave me excellent advice for reorganising and consolidating my investments. She also was extremely helpful liaising with my accountant to help with some figures for my accounts.

I am very happy with the way all my investments are performing as a result of Emine's advice.

I have no constructive suggestions to offer.

I had multiple pensions which were not performing very well and a heap of unsuitable insurances.

Emine was extremely personable and thorough. She took time to understand my circumstances over a coffee, was patient in me providing documentation and came back with clear advice including being open around her fees.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes. My pension pot is now performing and the increase in that has covered the cost of the advice. I now have appropriate insurance that would cover me in the event of an illness or accident. I would not have been able to navigate all of the paperwork myself and am happy now to be in a much more secure position.

I was happy with the service all round and would happily recommend Emine

A need to manage my investments in order to meet my long term goals of early retirement with a comfortable income.

Emine has been my adviser for many years now and has consistently extensively researched the market and recommended high quality products. This has enabled me to diversify my investments with a view to achieving capital growth ahead of my retirement, whilst at the same time building a portfolio that will enable me to start drawing income post retirement in a tax efficient manner.

Yes. Emine has always ensured her recommendations include a good range of options on how to proceed. This leaves me feeling fully in control of how I wish to proceed, whilst at the same time comfortable in the knowledge that all the options on offer are of a high quality.

What could they have done better?

Difficult to say as I've been fully satisfied with Emine's advise. I would say that in general terms I think it is important for a Financial Advisor to ensure they are not constrained by the firm to which they are tied. In the early years of my business dealings with Emine, she was tied to one of the major financial institutions in the UK and I sensed they limited Emine's ability to be able to advise on the full range of products that were available in the market
