What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I approached Lisa for some advice on how to tidy up my savings and investments within my pension and ISA portfolio. I also approached her for some help with financial planning with my Limited Company.

How has Lisa Meller helped you?

Lisa helped me create a clear financial plan - both for my personal finances and my businesses finances. As well as advising me on what to do - she was also great at clearly explaining everything so that I would have a greater understanding and more confidence to go ahead and implement the changes and make decisions myself. She was patient with my questions and I now feel more much confident with my finances.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes I definitely got the outcome I was hoping for. We discussed all my objectives at length and she helped me to action them all.

What could they have done better?

Nothing - I have no complaints.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

So i recently turned 40 and had a panic regarding my finances as i didn't have anything in place for the future! I was a member on Female Invest where i put out a shout of for a good financial advisor and Lisa came highly recommended! Initially I wanted advise on investing my money, setting up funds and a pension pot.

How has Lisa Meller helped you?

Lisa has been amazing she has now streamlined my finances in such a way it's easy to manage and not too over whelming. She has helped me set up a pension SIPP fund, stocks and shares ISA fund and a cash ISA for emergencies which is great as now i feel there is some structure to my finances! The advise has been solid and excellent value for money.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes feeling less anxious about my future as i have a solid goals.

What could they have done better?

Maybe a video call when setting up these accounts to help set up step by step, as it can be a bit tricky to navigate. Lisa was available via whats app for me which was still helpful, but i think having someone on a video set up just stops any mistakes being made as it can easily be done. Also if you are not tech savvy it can be overwhelming! It took me around 2 hours to set up a couple of my accounts, with the help from a customer service agent. Having someone to help could minimise this time.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I never really learned much about finance and when I suddenly had to decide things on my own, I felt lost and confused. I wasn't sure who to trust and what to do.

Lisa is amazing! She is on top of it all, gives you a secure feeling and explains in simple wording what needs to be done.
