Had an initial call with Gary where he really listened to what we wanted help with - a follow up meeting has taken place where Gary was methodical, professional and gained our trust that his input would be with our best interests in mind. He has suggested we may want to go elsewhere due to our particular circumstances while being happy to do further follow up to help us make a decision. A very positive experience so far.

In my experience we've found Gary Moody explains options really clearly and has not charged a penny where he hasn't added value. Our pension situations and circumstances are pretty peculiar, so we intend to compare with other providers, but we would certainly recommend Gary.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

Coming up to retirement age and not having a company pension was beginning to worry me.

How has Gary Moody helped you?

Gary always gives excellent advice and is wonderful at putting things into perspective. He has a very healthy attitude to money and its purpose in life and advises accordingly in the client's very best interests. He is very easy to talk to and he explains matters simply. Super service.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

With Gary's help and advice, I am far less worried now about my financial future.

What could they have done better?

Gary is extremely approachable and very available to assist in planning or advising. It is very difficult to find any fault in his professional, personable approach.
