Brilliant phone call with Paul. Gave a brief background about my self and finances and the position I was in, and quickly Paul understood gave quality advice. Had few questions to ask due to the detail he went into, and the few questions I did have he was able to easily answer. Was very formal and polite!

Received a large inheritance sum and required professional advice.

Paul was generous with his time at our initial meeting with him on Teams. We were looking for pension and retirement planning guidance. At the end he explained that, given our specific work/financial circumstances he felt another advisor he highly recommended would be a better fit for us. Having done some research, we are feeling very positive about the introduction and are in the process of making an appointment. We appreciated Paul's candour and would not have found the person we hope to move forward with without his help.

Very little. Discussions and advice have been clear and all detailed questions were dealt with directly and with great clarity. Learned a lot. Back office team performed well with a trouble free transition from my previous arrangements. Very friendly and warm group of people - very easy to work with
