Understood and questioned my needs, then matched to the correct product taking into consideration my views on risk. Advice on how best to reorganise a selection of individual pensions was well structured and understandable.

In this case nothing and I was very satisfied with the service. I also consider that I made the correct choice in changing from my previous financial adviser.

How has Stuart Read helped you?

Stuart as an easy guy to talk to and makes you feel comfortable with his advice. He helped my wife and I totally restructure our pension schemes which has proved extremely beneficial. I now feel in control of my own money and, with Stuarts help, we will be planning how to make the most of the opportunities available in a SIPP style pension

What could they have done better?

We have gone into trusts at the moment, within a WRAP (fund supermarket thingy) with a reasonable spread around providers. Stuart advised us on these funds but I now feel that I would have been interested in the ETF market as well. As I now have a certain level of control I have researched these and other instruments and will discuss these with Stuart next time.

He explained this clearly and fully and from there we investigated various different pathways to improving the cover I had and needed. All of our meetings and conversations were short, brief and focused. There was no rush to change and I always felt that I was in control of the decisions being made. Documentation was always clear and explained fully. I am very happy with the advice I received.
