What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I was in a Pension with SJP through a previous Company that I worked for. Upon leaving that company, I retained the services of an adviser to help me grow and mange my various pension plan to get most value and security.

I wanted to review the various pension plans I had accumulated over the years to ensure I was on track for the best return for future retirement and/or change in lifestyle

Laria took care of retrieving all the information from my previous plans to enable her to provide me with a comprehensive recommendation how reinvestment could lead to a higher, low risk return by the time I am eligible to draw a pension. She also produced impressive models of various scenarios, eg early retirement, lifestyle changes that ensured my financial commitments were met but also additional options to draw down money for leisure, travel, interests, etc, which was powerful, reaasuring, enlightening and pleasantly surprising.

From future projections I have see so far I am quietly confident that my investments should provide me with the financial security I need.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I had several pensions from previous employment and wanted to consolidate these so that it would be easier to plan for the longer term retirement income.

Laria gave clear advice and showed how retirement income can be achieved from several sources, she also tackled one particular pension trustee who was extremely difficult to deal with, wouldn't deal with Laria directly (despite a letter of authority) and failed to provide the key information when requested.

yes, my pension is all in one place.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I was looking for inheritance and financial care planning for our family due to property sale. I also required income planning which required both life insurance and moving an exiting pension and use income from my business to pay these.

How has Laria Collister helped you?

She has worked hard to trawl through many documents and regulations helped with advise on taxation, investment planning, life insurance and assisted in the transfer and reinvestment in a new pension. There were many short but precise telephone calls updating on completed tasks and updates on up and coming things to discuss, and to plan meeting with here and the team to make decisions and sign paperwork. With everything else going on at the same time, (property sale) Laria helped to completely de-stress the situation and went out of her way to clearly explain what she needed from me.

Yes, everything has gone exceedingly well.

Obtain a better pension managed by a trustworthy person.
