Mortgage since removed from the market and this has cost me over £4000 in total as a result. If he’d have told me he wasn’t going to apply for the mortgage before it was withdrawn from the raker I would have just done it myself. Despite this wanted a fee for remortgage application which I didn’t have to pay for my original mortgage with them and despite earning over 2k from the mortgage company. Prior to this had recommended to other people due to prior experience with a colleague who no longer works for the company but won’t again
