What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
My wife and I required support from a financial adviser, to navigate the nightmare of having multiply workplace and personnel pension plans in place. To be honest, we had little knowledge of how best to manage these plans. Finding someone to help who has your best interests at heart can be a minefield.
How has David Villa-Clarke helped you?
My wife and I were immediately put at ease. David is a man who genuinely cares about his clients and takes great pride in ensuring you get the best advice. The time and effort placed in to managing our concerns by David and his team was exceptional. Best client experience ever. In fact, I explained to David that I found the whole experience therapeutic. No more stress or anxiety worrying about Pensions.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
100%. Even receiving £50 compensation from a pension company who dragged their feet in providing the information David required to complete our plan for the future.
