I was in the market for some life assurance cover for the directors of my company.

James clearly but concisely helped me understand what sorts of cover exists and facilitated my search & selection of a suitable supplier of cover. James made me feel like I had a trusted advisor on hand to help with any questions I had, while being clear about the scope of products and services he can help with.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
I needed help and advise on how and where to invest some money after a MBO.. I also needed a long term plan to help with inheritance planning.
How has James Bowers helped you?
James advised, and guided me through the process with a lot of patience. I felt nervous about investing money and he totally understood this and he managed to remove the fear and replaced it with clarity and reassurance.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
It’s early days, but James checks in regularly with me, and he is always just a phone call away. He is very approachable and I never feel silly asking him questions that I think I should know the answer's too. My son Max who is now 24, will also ring him for direction and advise.
What could they have done better?
I can’t think of anything he could have done, better.
